Mark your calendars
now and plan to attend these events. June Gathering June
18 at the First United Methodist Church in Pontiac.
Their Emmaus Reunion Group are hosts, with Dana Jumper as
contact (815-796-4423). If you are interested in
Agape making, a session will be held in the Asbury Room, lower
level, from 6-6:45 pm. Worship will begin at 7
pm.
Directions:
Pontiac is located on RT 116 and I-55 exit, north and east of
Bloomington. Exit off I-55 at the Rt 116 exit, and at
stop sign, turn right. Go to the 3rd stop sign and turn left
(Mill Street). Cross the Vermillion River bridge and go
to the 2nd stop sign. Turn right. Continue on two
blocks. The church will be on your left in the second block
with parking along the street.
Saturday, August 13th is the
DeColores Celebration "Upward, Inward, Outward" is the
theme. Location will be St. Mark's Lutheran Church, 200
S Main, Washington. (2 blocks south - off the
square). |

Chrysalis
News
The
Chrysalis Board recently voted to hold their Spring 2012
Weekends at the Eagle Crest Camp, Washburn. There will
be separate weekends for boys and girls. All Chrysalis
youth are encouraged to attend the August 14th Gathering
at the camp to meet and greet old friends, make new ones and
visit with the Emmaus community.
