Apply to attend a Walk

Illinois Heartland Walks to Emmaus are ecumenical. Everyone is welcome. Pilgrims (those attending a walk for the first time) are required to be sponsored by someone who has completed a walk. Sponsors can download the Applicant and Sponsor forms from this page. Both forms are required to complete the registration.

To register:

3. Print the forms
4. Fill out both forms - both forms are required
5. Mail both forms to the address listed on either form
